清 洗 系 統 的 特 性 和 功 能
1.壓力表:顯示在清洗過程中發動機怠速運轉時的油壓大小。
2.視窗:顯示清洗過過程中舊油顏色,

清 洗 發 動 機 潤 滑 系 統
概述:動態方式清洗發動機就是發動機在怠速運轉情況下(或稍高于怠速運轉)清洗發動機潤滑系統。這種方法是最有效,最徹底的清洗發動機整個潤滑系統的方法,包括清洗油壓挺桿、閥門、齒輪系、機油泵、閥門蓋、曲柄箱體,機油底盤和發動機內部任何一個與機油接觸的層面。但是,這種方法只能在發動機性能良好的情況下使用。當發動機老化,出現燒機油,缸壓降低的情況時,就應該使用靜態方式清洗發動機的潤滑系統。也就是在發動機停機狀態下清洗發動機。
每清洗1臺車更換一個濾芯。
在清洗前,發動機必須預熱到正常工作溫度。在清洗過程中不需要一個附加的加熱器。發動機本身就可以提供清洗過程所需要的熱量。
清洗發動機的時間為5-10分鐘,一些發動機包括柴油發動機在清洗潤滑油系統時時間要長一些。
在清洗過程中發動機的機油流過清洗機的濾清器,清洗液和發動機中的機油混合。發動機中的機油即可潤滑發動機又可將清洗液帶入發動機的各個潤滑部位。每分鐘該混合液流過發動機和清洗機濾清器2到3次(汽油發動機)。清洗液在此過程中就可以將潤滑系統中的積碳、積膠、金屬粉末等雜質清洗出來。像金屬粉末等重物被沖進機油底盤,然后在發動機油泵的作用下被帶入清洗機中的濾芯后,被過濾出來。清洗結束后,將機油放出。清洗機的壓縮空氣可將發動機中所剩余的油液排出。排出舊機油,換上新機油。
步驟一:要確保發動機中機油量不能低于測油桿上的zui低標記。在清洗機的儲油箱倒入清洗液。在清洗機的濾清器中安裝一個干凈的濾芯。
步驟二:從發動機上卸下機油濾清器,換上合適的濾清器接頭。
注意:接頭很容易擰上。不要用強力,用手擰緊即可。
將出油油管連接到濾清器接頭的中心口,回油管連接到濾清器接頭的邊口。注意:中心口螺紋對出油管接頭端口是12MM。邊口螺紋對回油接頭端口是10MM。
此時清洗機的全部開關都是關閉位置,將壓縮空氣管線連接到清洗機側面標有壓縮空氣入口的接口上。
步驟三:將清洗劑加注開關箭頭指向“開”,壓縮空氣將清洗劑輸入到發動機里大約(15到20秒)。當加完清洗劑后,將清洗劑加注開關箭頭指向“關”。啟動發動機,使發動機怠速運轉。檢查有無滲漏現象,然后通過壓力表觀察油壓。
步驟四:當清洗到5-10分鐘后,將發動機關閉。拆開油底殼放油螺絲。將舊機油和清洗液排出。當舊機油流速很慢時,將氣清洗開關箭頭指向“開”。此時大約用1分鐘時間可將發動機內剩余油液排出。然后將氣清洗開關箭頭向“關”,擰上放油螺絲。卸下濾清器接頭,裝上新濾清器。換入合適的機油。啟動發動機,檢查有無滲漏現象。最后檢查一個機油液面位置。
清洗系統的維護和保養
清洗系統從設計上保證了該設備使用多年不用維修。
要定期檢查機器各連接點是否松動,各個管線連接是否緊固。及時更換損害部件和管線。
不能用太大的力量拆卸和安裝濾清器接頭。用手擰緊即可。

Clean the engine lubrication system
Overview: The dynamic way to clean the engine is to clean the engine's lubrication system with the engine idling (or slightly above idling). This method is the most efficient and thorough method of cleaning the entire engine lubrication system, including cleaning the hydraulic tappet, valves, gear trains, oil pump, valve cover, crankcase, oil pan and any internal engine contact with the oil Level. However, this method can only be used with good engine performance. When the engine is aged, there is burning oil, cylinder pressure decreases, you should use a static way to clean the engine's lubrication system. That is, the engine is shut down when the engine is shut down.

Before cleaning, the engine must be warmed to normal operating temperature. There is no need for an additional heater during the cleaning process. The engine itself can provide the heat needed for the cleaning process.

Step 2: Remove the oil filter from the engine and change to the appropriate filter connector.
Note: The connector is easily screwed on. Do not use strong, tighten it by hand.
Connect the outlet tubing to the center of the filter fitting and the return tubing to the lip of the filter fitting. Note: The center of the thread on the outlet connector is 12MM. Edge thread to the oil return connector port is 10MM.
At this point all the switches of the washing machine are closed and the compressed air line is connected to the port labeled compressed air inlet on the side of the washer.

Let the engine idle speed. Check for leaks and observe the oil pressure through a pressure gauge.
Step 4: When cleaning to 5-10 minutes, the engine off. Open the oil pan drain screw. Discharge old oil and cleaning fluid. When the old oil flow is slow, point the purge switch arrow to "On." About 1 minute at this time can be the remaining oil within the engine discharge. Then turn the gas purge switch arrow to "OFF" and screw in the drain screw. Remove the filter fitting and install the new filter. Change into suitable oil. Start the engine and check for leaks. Finally check the level of one oil level.
Cleaning system maintenance and care
